1970 Dodge Charger

1970 Charger with 472 crate Hemi

This Charger started life as a 318 car. It now has a 472 Mopar crate Hemi ( 525 HP ). This Charger still retains all of it's original sheet metal and paint. It's very rare to find any 70's Mopar with original steel and paint. There are no surprises here or hidden bondo.

This Mopar Performance 472 crate hemi has maybe a 1000 miles on it. It starts well and sounds extremely healthy. Most of the engine accessories are new as well. It has TTI headers with 3" exhaust. There are no knocks are funny noises and this engine starts and idles quickly. It has a 850 holley double pumper. The radiator is powered by electric fans. There is also a vintage air system completely installed which still needs it's initial charge. The rebuiltauto tranny has the hemi discs and about a 2500 stall converter. The Dana 60 has also been refurbished with 354 gears. This Charger drives down the road nicely with no wandering clunks are funny noises. It stops as it should.

The body as mentioned is completely original. There is no rust orblends in the original paint. As with any original paint car there are a few scratches and very minor dings. Most are too hard to see in a picture. There are two bubbles in paint on the cowl a very common issue on Chrysler b bodies of this era. There are no surprises here or hidden bondo. This car still presents itself nicely. The vinyl top is also original to the car. Most of the stainless and chrome on the outside are original to the car.

The interior is for the most part completely new which includes Seats, Carpet, Headliner, Dash pad and accessories. All windows roll up and down as they should and meet well to each other. The heater portion of the vintage air works as it should. This car had a rear defrost which is working but needs the flexible hose. Most items are working with the exception of the radio, blinkers, and speedometer which I believe I will get to work.

This is a very solid triple green charger with a build sheet. To find one with original paint and steel cannot be duplicated. Then to have a 525 hp crate hemi which gives the ability to own a really cool car for a third of the price. There are some things I probably left out so please call and ask questions. I have a good ebay track record and want to keep it that way. This charger is being sold where is as is with no warranties written expressed or implied. Car should be picked up within 30 days of auction ending. I also have a 1971 Charger on ebay also. Any trades or offers? Thanks Bill 636 219 7298
