1994 Dodge Dakota converted to a 4BT Cummins Turbo Diesel! This conversion was done by a previous owner and was definitely done professionally. It was set up to be a daily driver and I've been driving it 120 miles a day when need be to work. They spent a lot of time and money making sure everything fit as nicely as it could without making crazy modifications or lift. The truck started out as a rust free 1994 Dakota and the body is still in great shape! The 4BT cummins had low miles when swapped in and starts right up and runs great! Some minor dings here and there but that's it. The fuel's been turned up a little and in this light truck, it really moves down the road well. Has no problem running down the highway at 75mph. Will build 30 + lbs of boost if you get into it. Has a full set of gauges int he dash with room for one more. The speedometer is a Speedhut GPS driven that works great! It's displaying 183,000 miles which is the trucks actual mileage. The motor was paired to a NV4500 5speed trans and the stock dakota transfer case/axles were used. The rear axle has a locker installed that works great. Nice oversized radiator keeps things cool. Dual heavy duty batteries located in the toolbox. Has an intake heater wired up and a block heater as well. It has no issues starting in the cold. A/C is all there and hooked up. Paint is a nice gray metallic single stage that looks really nice. It has a few minor runs and scratches but still gets a ton of compliments. I still have some of the paint left in case touch ups are needed down the road. The undercarriage is mostly black still, only minor surface rust here and there on auxilliary items. The interior is clean for the year. I didn't shampoo it so I'm sure it would even clean up nicer. The driver's seat has a small rip on the side and some of the plastics are cracked but nothing major. Tires are low on tread and are mounted on stock late model Dakota 16" wheels.
