1971 Dodge Challenger R/T barn find. 340 four barrel, pistol grip, 4-speed, 3i55 posi rear end.
Purchased from the original owner in 2007 who parked the car in 1973 with 25,000 miles. Original owner ordered the car while in the Navy through Chrysler Military Sales in Zurich Switzerland (making this an export order car). I have all the original documents the owner saved from the purchase.
Real N96 shaker hood car that is documented by Galen Govier as 1 of 1 known to exist. The car was totally disassembled and taken down to the bare metal. There was no rust repair and the car has all original sheetmetal. The car was repainted everywhere including the underside. Numbers matching motor and transmission were rebuilt. The interior was completely restored.
Restoration was completed in 2010 and now has 30,700 miles. Runs and drives excellent.
