Vehicle Condition

Mechanically the car runs like new which is to be expected with a completely rebuilt 383– awesome power! It drives down the road effortlessly and is a real joy to drive! Bottom line –this Challenger RT is completely restored so mechanically it is essentially like your back in 1970 driving a new factory assembled machine. Paint is show quality perfect. Vinyl top is in mint condition. All bright-work (bumpers wheel moldings hood molding etc. are perfect. The Dash VIN plate drivers door VIN tag and engine compartment Data Plate are all present.

PRIMARY USE - Street driven or trailer and show.

INTERIOR - BROWN interior is perfect condition. Dash pad door panels headliner and seat covers were replaced with Year One/Legendary components. Dash gauges were restored and re-colored and look like new. All glass including the windshield is good. The factory installed AC works. If you are looking for a time capsule to take you back to 1970 just sit in the driver's seat.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT - Engine and all additional components look just like it did back when the car was on the Dodge showroom floor in 1970.

CHASSIS - Undercarriage is perfect. Factory simulated undercoating was applied during the restoration process. Exhaust system is perfect. The trunk floor is perfect.

The winning bidder of this auction is entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above described vehicle as per standard eBay Motors rules. Car is to be sold in "As Is" condition. Any eBay member with excessive negative feedback or a feedback score of less than "10" please contact me prior to bidding or your bid may be canceled.

Payment

Acceptable payment methods include – Cash Wire transfer or bank certified check. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before placing your bid. The successful high bidder will submit an initial non-refundable down payment of $500 within 24-hours via PayPal bank wire (request instructions from seller) or bank certified check. The Buyer agrees to pay the full balance due within five (5) business days of the close of the auction. Payment for the balance can be made by bank wire transfer bank certified check or cash. Funds must be in US dollars only and all financial transactions must be completed and verified by Sellers bank before the release of the vehicle to Buyer.

The Buyer will be responsible for any and all applicable state and local fees including title and registration fees in the state in which the vehicle is to be registered.

Pickup / Shipping

If the buyer wishes to ship the vehicle the buyer is responsible for making all shipping arrangements directly with their transport carrier. We will assist the buyer with scheduling vehicle shipment. If necessary "temporary" short term storage (up to 21 days) is available until shipping/pickup can be arranged. We assume no responsibility should any damages be incurred after the vehicle is picked up by the buyer or the buyers shipping carrier. If the vehicle is going to be shipped full payment must be received and verified before the vehicle is released to the buyer or the buyer’s shipping carrier.
