1974 De Tomaso Pantera

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1974 De Tomaso Pantera. Very original inside and out, including original 15x7 and 15x8 Campagnolo wheels. Paint is mostly original. A two-owner, time-capsule car showing just 22,000 miles and with zero known rust. Interior is remarkably well preserved; gorgeous Veglia gauges are clear and working. Interior is believed to be completely original aside from a new, period-correct Momo Prototipo wheel.

Over $10,000 in recent service including brakes, tires, alignment, tune-up, battery, fuel system, timing chain, fluids, window motors, plus a complete cooling system upgrade from PI Motorsports that included a new aluminum radiator, fans, thermostat, tubing, etc. We were immediately wowed by how well this car drives, shifts, accelerates and brakes -- especially compared to some of its Italian contemporaries. The 5-speed ZF gearbox is wonderful and welcome after spending plenty of time in other cars of the era that end in "i."

Initially viewed as an oddball, the Pantera's combination of Italian design and coachwork, American V8 and German gearbox have come to be appreciated and desired by today's collectors.
