1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Custom LS3 Swapped, 6L90e six speed auto trans

New custom build completed November 2015. This car was built to be a driver, ot a garage queen and I challenge you to find a nicer one on the road for the same price range, t would cost you double my asking price to have it built. This SS started out as an original documented 72 Chevelle SS. This car was assembled at the Van Nuys Ca. Plant and sold at Crest Chevrolet in California, nly 350 ci SS cars could be sold in Ca. at that time (have docs). This restomod started out as a solid California car and I retained just enough originality to make it apparent that this car is in fact a Real SS.
ENGINE2010 very sought after all aluminum 6.2L LS3 engine with Comp Cam kit. Aluminum radiator w/ dual electric fans, old air intake kit. Tuned at Westech Performance in Ca. Estimated 500HP.TRANS2011 very sought after Chevy 6L90e computer controlled six speed automatic transmission. 12 Bolt Differential has an Eaton positraction unit 3.73 gearing.EXHAUSTHooker full length heat coated headers, 1/2" exhaust with H pipe flowing into Flow Master series 40s mufflers, ual exhaust exiting to the rear.BRAKES/SUSPENSION/WHEELSFour wheel disc brakes, rilled/slotted 11" rotors, ed painted calipers, hrome 8"dual diaphragm power brake booster. Boss 338 wheels, R are 20"' Fr are 18" with BF Goodrich tires. 3" lowering performance springs w/Belltech shocks in the rear, " lowering performance springs w/KYB shocks up front. All suspension/steering bushings replaced with polyurethane.INTERIOR/GAUGESAll flooring coated with sound deadner, ew carpet, ilt wheel steering column, ew seat foam and TMI performance seat upholstery. Dakota Digital gauges with expandable gps speed BIM. retro sound Bluetooth/phone stereo, ioneer 6.5" speakers up front and 6x9" in rear, 0" subwoofer, ll powered by a 700 watt Alpine amp. Sounds awesome.BODY PAINTThe paint job is PPG two stage base coat, lear coat. The primary color is a metal flake pewter silver with the SS striped paint metal flake black. The clear is over the stripes and the body and paint is breath taking.DRIVABILITYThis car is a blast to drive and performs wonderfully. It sounds aggressive and is very FAST.
