This is a wonderful truck to own if you are looking for the original feel of a 54 with the easy of just putting her in drive and going down the road! Cosmetic - Paint/Body: Really great patina on original steel body. A few spots where there are some dings consistent with this type of patina look. Almost zero rust on this truck!
- Interior: Original unmolested dash with original radio hole. All new interior; carpet, seat cover, door panels, headliner, door and window handles.
- Glass/Windows: All new glass, weatherstripping, rubbers, and window felts.
- Trunk: New wood bed with stainless strips
- Undercarriage: Clean rust free frame rails and floor pans. This truck has a few tiny spots in the cab corners, but over all is almost rust free.
- Wheels/Tires: Rally wheels with good tires, beauty rings and caps.
Mechanical - Drivetrain: 305 V8 starts easily and runs strong. 350 Turbo automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears. This truck is a joy to drive with the feel of an original 54 but the easy of just gas and go. Minimal play in the steering as normal for a truck this age.
- Lights/Electrical: All of the lights are working as they should with new wiring. Gauges are new and all work but the speedometer, which may need different gearing to be accurate.
- Brakes: Original drum brakes stop straight.
