1963 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900
This is a family car. It was my wife's grandfathers, and his wife kept it in a Sante Fe, NM garage after his death in the 80s. Excellent original condition, we had a new cloth convertible top installed about 8 years ago, and have kept it in a warehouse the last 5 years. Little to no rust - and has under 40,000 original miles. This is a perfect easy restoration.Carbs have been rebuilt, has a working power convertible top which had the system rebuilt and top replaced, gas tank was replaced about 5 years ago, and brake lines were replaced.
Does have a transmission leak as it has been sitting for a while, but is completely drive-able and starts and runs well once once it gets going.
This is a really special car, and I'd like to keep it, but my daughter just started college and I could use the money more than another project.
