This Chevelle was built in Fremont California in May of 68. It was built during a work stoppage by the interior supplier that effected 3 plants for 3 months. This forced Chevrolet to authorize the use of Alternate BOP (Buick, Oldsmobile or Pontiac interiors). The trim tag on this Car is 765-158.
This Chevelle has competed in numerous indoor ISCA shops and has always done well. Winning it's class and winning Outstanding Restored twice and Best Restored in Indy 2019. It has competed in 3 Concours de Elegance finishing 2nd in Atlanta in 2018 and 1st in class at the Boca Raton Concours de Elegance in 2019
