1950 Chevrolet Suburban

1950 SUBURBANA fantastic 1950 Chevrolet Suburban for the buyer that wants something completely different! I had about a dozen people pull in off the road into my lot when I took the Suburban out of the garage to shoot these photos and the reaction will be the same wherever you go.I will try to hit the details as best I can to give you a overview of the work that was done to resurrectthis ride.
Original vehicle was found in northern Indiana in non operating condition and lots of missing pieces. The body was gutted, new metal welded in where needed and new floors and structural support installed as needed. The body was then fitted to a early 90's uncut S10 frame.Frame has been completely cleaned, painted and reinforced.New front suspension components, new upper a-arms, new bushings and ball joints, new disc brakes and rotors, new brake lines, new fuel lines, new gas tank, all new air ride components just to hit the highlights of the work on the frame.Fresh Chevrolet 350 engine with Edelbrock carb, stainless tube exhaust puts power to a TH350 trans bolted to a new balanced drive shaft. Rear end is factory S10 with posi.Body was fixed as needed, the patina was added to give the suburban a bit of personality. Original clam shell tailgate was rescued and restored with the original rare tilting tail light that works as a third brake light. New glass was installed in the rear with functioning sliders like when it was new. I was fortunate to find chromed rear window molding to match the polished front door inner window moldings.Other interior features include a paint matched S10 tilt steering column, paint matched 1960 Impala reproduction wheel, Dolphin gauges, all new EZ wiring harness and wiring, led turn signal indicators and high beam indicator, new dash trim, air management gauges hidden in the glove box, color matched Vintage Air A/C vent runner, low back bucket seats out of a unknown GM early 70's donor with all new tracks and components. Last but not least a spectacular interior job done by Jim's Custom Trim in Martinsville Indiana.Few other items include new 15x8 smoothie wheels with new 215/65 wide whitewalls, original Fulton visor 1939 Chevrolet tail lights, new exterior and interior door handles and cranks, new dash knobs and column controls, new radiator with electric Spal fan, new power brake master cyl., new Vintage Air and heat, new electric wipers and components.I am sure there is a bunch I have missed but feel free to message me with any questions. Clear title in hand, car is available in Nashville Indiana to be viewed with prior notice. Special thanks to Jessie McClure, Larry Webb, Tim McComas, and Dani Hamm.NO TRADES NO TRADES NO TRADES
