This is a 1952 Chevy Panel Truck. It is in exceptional condition, has a great look and runs absolutely perfectly.
This truck spent the first part of its life in service as a fire department tool truck. When the current owner purchased this truck it has 6200 original miles on it and was in ''like new'' original condition. Since that time the truck has been customized and driving another 3,000 mile. The miles showing on the odometer are the actual, original miles for this truck. When the truck was painted by the current owner there was no need for patch panels or bondo. It is a solid, honest truck. It was painted in 2 tone matt finish epoxy and it looks great!
The original engine was swapped for a 235 out of a 1957 Chevy sedan. The engine was completely rebuilt by a local engine builder using all new parts. Again, not ''freshened up'', it was built NEW.It has hydraulic lifters and purrs like a kitten. It is paired with a 1968 Camaro 4-speed transmission that has 3k miles since it was rebuilt.
The rear end is a 10 bolt rear out of a 1973 Nova. It was completely rebuilt with 3:23 gears and all new bearings. This truck cruises great on the highway.
The suspension and brakes are stock and have all been gone through and are in perfect working order. It was lowered front and rear with drop springs to give it an awesome stance.The wheels are 8''and 7'''corvette rally's with like new tires.
All of the glass is in good condition. The doors close perfectly and the windows roll up and down smoothly. Wipers, lights, speedometer, heater, radio etc all work properly. Included but not installed will be a headliner and new door panels.
