Description:

1965 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 belair

You will see other very cool cars listed by me on Ebay also. I am not a dealer. I am a hobbyist that is getting out of the old car hobby. I have 8 old cars. All very nice and special to me in their own way. I want to reduce down to just 3 cars to save on storage fees. It does't really matter to me which 3 I keep, because I like them all. Don't be afraid to make a reasonable offer on any one that trips your trigger. Sorry, but low ballers will automatically be declined.
I also want to get some items out of the way up front. (1) I do not respond to text messages. Call if you are serious. (2) All funds must clear my bank before the car leaves here. (3) Please do not hit the enter key if you are not serious about buying it. ( 4) Call me for honest answers to any and all questions and concerns before you hit the enter key. (5) If you are new to eBay or have zero feedback, please call first so I know you are not a scammer / dreamer and truly are a potentially serious purchaser. (6) I will refund your deposit if the car does not match the description below. (7) NO TRADES
This is a true tribute car. Not just a Belair with a big block 454 and a 4 speed. The attention to detail and period correctness was taken very seriously. Not sure howthis car came from the factory, but the following is what I know to be true. Theonly non original looking upgrades from an original car are theshifter and disc brakes. Both good things to do. Thedetailing under the hood and under the car is NOT over the top like some guys do, thus keeping the car more like it just came out of the factory.
Correct 1965 425 HP engine. Block casting # 3855962 ( 1965 - 1966 396 4 bolt main )Suffix code I E ( 1965 396 425 HP ) Engine stamp TO 316 IE. Intake # 3885069. ( 1966 - 1968 396 / 427 --- 375HP - 425 HP ) Fuel lines and fuel filter are correct. Air cleaner and valve covers are correct.Muncie 4 speed with reproductionshifter connected to Hurstcompletion plus linkage. Shifts better than the original Muncie shifter but looks original. The rear end afactory 12 bolt with 4:11 posi. Factory style 4 core radiator.
Tires and wheels are period correct with bias ply tires and poverty hub caps.
Exhaust, suspension parts, shocks, brakes, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel tank, etc. are all new.
Interior has new reproduction seat covers and carpet, but the door panels, dash, headliner, etc. is all original. It has afactory indash tack that works fine, but I doubt that it isaccurate. It has the radio delete plate. All gauges workincluding the factory idiot lights. All light work. Wipers work. etc.
The body is super straight andalways rust free. There has absolutely never been any panel replacements or rust repairs made to this car. The paint is show quality with only very minor imperfections from use. It was originally a red with fawn interior car. Just like you see it. One of the best color combos you could get. The chrome and SS trim is all original and in very good shape. Doors close like new.
Actually, the whole car is as close to new and period correct as one would reasonably expect, and it drives like new too.
This car is a period correct muscle car that you won't have to worry about someone else at the cruise night having one like it. Drives like a new car. Very reliable and exceptionally fun to drive.
Again, call me at 314-732-5925 before you hit the enter key for honest answers to your questions.
