Please be advised, we take a lot of time to include as many representative photographs as possible and meticulously describe TITLE (hereinafter the "Automobile"). However, it is important to bear in mind that this vehicle is pre-owned and not in new condition. After carefully reading of this entire auction page, please email or call us (hereinafter the "Seller") with any questions or concerns, or to clarify any ambiguities.

Payment and Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of ($500) is due upon at the end of this auction and can only be paid to Seller in person or by PayPal within 48 hours.Full payment of the final price is due within seven (7) days of this auction closing and can only be paid to by Cash (in person), local bank Cashier's Check (verified)in personwithin 10 miles of 32778 zip code. Please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with the purchase of the Automobile including but not limited to shipping,taxes and registration.

Once full payment is received, the Seller will provide clear title, and Bill of Sale.

Due to the high cost of selling these automobiles, any failure to pay the deposit or final price of the auction within the time noted above will result in full action through eBay and legal action though state and federal law pursuant to this contract. In addition, the Automobile will be re-listed for sale.

Delivery or Pickup

We will assist with any shipping arrangements from our property. Regardless, you are responsible for all delivery costs and arrangements or picking up the Automobile. If the Automobile is not picked up by you or your designated delivery service agent or driver, We will charge a fee of thirty dollars ($30) a day after two (2) weeks of the auction closing for everyday the Automobile is not picked up.

We require that you be of the age of 18 to bid.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of courts in Lake County, Florida, USA in all disputes arising out of or resulting from this auction. A bid within a jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms, conditions and notices is still valid to the extent these terms, conditions and notices are valid in that jurisdiction. You agree that if any part of these terms, conditions and notices is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms, conditions and notices will remain in full force and effect. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees), relating to the purchase of the Automobile that leads to any claim against us by a third-party, regardless of the nature of the cause of action or claim. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the seller with respect to this auction and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written. Seller reserves the right to change these terms, conditions and notices at any time without notice. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Seller.
