1987 Chevrolet Other Pickups Silverado Standard Cab Pickup 2-Door

1987 Chevy R10 short bed
I'm selling this as part of a family estate sale so I've known the car for a few years.
The car is a 1987 and was bought new by my wife's uncle and he's been the only owner since then. There is technically a second owner in this history, but that's because it was transferredto his wife. It's really a one-owner car and car fax history shows as much.
It runs and drives well, but has a few issues that need addressing to make it good.
The good:
  • It's been a Georgia car its whole life and is rot free because of it
  • Starts easily and runs well
  • Brakes and turns as it should. Tracks straight and doesn't pull under braking
  • Electrics mostly work well
  • Body and bumpers are free of dents and dings
  • Appears totally original
  • Tires appear to be in good shape. I don't how old they are, though. They're crack free and have a lot of tread left
  • Bed and liner in in excellent shape
  • Recent exhaust system
The bad:
  • The AC does not work
  • The paint is not in great shape. It's been out in the sun and appears to have had some repairs in places. Particularly the hood and roof are faded
  • Bench seat is torn at a seam
  • Dash is cracked, probably because of sun damage
  • Battery needs replacing
  • Headlining has become loose so needs gluing back up
  • Fuel gauge doesn't read correctly
  • Switching to the left fuel tank causes the engine to stop. Works fine on the other side
  • Very brief vibration from the motor or trans when moving off. Lasts about 2 seconds and is very minor, but want to be as clear as possible
  • Silver trim around the body is faded, again from sun
  • Cap from washer fluid tank missing
  • Rust around door frames where the seal has been pressing. The rust is not all the way through the metal

Thanks
