1966 Chevelle SS REAL Super Sport. Original Marina Blue car. Has a later model 402 with Hedmann Headers, Holly Carb, Edelbrock manifold. 12 Bolt posi rear with 3.73 gears. Muncie 4 speed. This was a 3 speed manual car that now has a 4 speed .Knee Knocker Tach still works .All gauges work. RUN, IDLES AND DRIVES. CLUTCH IS GOOD AND GOOD BRAKES. Good front fenders, looks like they had lower patches welded in at some point, but are very good. Very good doors. One has some bubbling but overall they are verysolid doors .ORIGINAL quarter panels that look to be rust free. There is filler at the area where the vinyl top holes were. No apparent rust around windows.This car should have a black vinyl top with trim. All glass is good. Needs to have the interior restored Has '67 bucket seats .Dash pad is good. Comes with new door panels. NEW disc brake conversion. Engine starts and idles easily, but it has a pretty big cam. Body needs a hood as there is rust through at the front . Floors and frame are ROCK SOLID. Trunk is soft in the center. Also comes with a set of stock exhaust manifolds. The trim tag is in the pictures. The break down of the VIN is 13817 Super Sport; 6 year(1966); G Framingham Mass assembly plant; 137206 Late July '66 build date. The 07D on the trim tag matches the build date. Someone asked about picture 19. This is the underside foot well on the driver's floor. It was repaired years ago from the interior. It is solid from the to, but to do a proper restoration, the area should be cut out and a new panel installed. If someone wants to leave it this way it is very solid. The rest of the floo, rockers, and the frame is solid. The bottom door seams are also solid. I have the last CT registration with the last owner, and a CT bill of sale from the same owner. Thank You.
