Chevrolet Impala w/ original Big Block 396 !This wasoriginally an old lady cruiser that sat around in a garage for years hear in dry sunny California but is now ready for some driving!First I want to say I have the original rims and hubcaps and they are available to the winner of this NO RESERVE 7 day auction!!! The bumpers are chrome and have been coated with Plasti Dip so if you wanted this back to original condition it is easy to peel off.This is really a fresh car that has not been messed with to much it even still has original style single exhaust! This is great car to cruise with the family on the weekend and because of its factory options is a great car to hold on to for a long time. You don't find them in this condition anymore unfortunately. I really want to build a more custom car and this Impala is to nice for me to do what I wan, as I didn't have the heart to change it to much. DriveTrain: Original 1969 39, Automatic Trsansmission, and 12 bolt rerarend. I believe everything to be mostly original it has no leaks and is pretty clea, Runs and shifts perfect.
Body :Is in amazing condition NO rust in rockers window edging or any of the typical areas . There is some rust in floor pans and you can see in the pics but they are not critical by any mean, I would say 99 percent rust free. The body was painte, it was not a show quality paint jo, in fact it was really not prepped very much since the car was mostly original but it looks great. It also has a new Vinyl top which was done perfectly! The bumpers are chrome and the black can be peeled off.Overall the body is in amazing condition.
Interior :A lot of the interior was redone but to original standard. New Upholster, Carpe, Headline, The dash is cracked and a lot of the wood trim is faded but is otherwise great shape.
Chassis:A lot of the suspension has been redon, with new bushing, springs and other rubber bits. Nothing has been moddified except for a couple coils being cut to bring the Impala a little lower to the ground. The wheels are 22' Forte Brushed Finished wheel, the tires are not in the best of shape and the rims do effect the ride quality with such little rubber but I doo have the original wheels and hubcaps if you prefer to have those instead.
Really a Great 1969 Impala to own and is available at No Reserve with a starting bid of only $1000!!!! I know this car will draw buyers as a real Big Block 60's Muscle cars are not easily found especially at No Reserve!
