Description:

1952 Chevrolet Other Pickups 2 Ton Farm Truck

This auction is for a 1952 Chevy 3600 1-1/2 Ton Farm Truck from the cornfields of Kansas. It has a clear title, and is listed as a body style TK, with the ID number of KEA 320 784. It has a 6 cylinder engine, with a manual transmission, and it was running when I parked it a couple of years ago. I've got to charge up the battery for it, in the next couple of days, to verify that the engine is running properly. The brake master cylinder leaks badly and needs rebuilt. This particular truck has a brake booster mounted in the frame, just behind the cab.
Also, it has a power takeoff (PTO) installed, for something like a winch, etc.. The emergency brake is a drum-type, connected directly to the two piece drop-out drive shaft. I had originally planned to restore this truck to use here on my farm, just south of Fayetteville, Arkansas, but I am moving and need to sell it.
The truck is located at the top of my driveway, but is not drivable, due to the bad brakes. (PLEASE NOTE that this auction is for the TRUCK ONLY, and not the other items you see in the background.) This is a big truck, with a long bed, so don't expect to be able to haul it with a 16 foot utility trailer. I will glad to help load it, as best as I can, but you should plan to have a large flatbed trailer and winch, to load it.
I am not a Chevy Truck expert, so please ask me any questions you have before bidding, and I will answer them to the best of my ability. A deposit is required, within 3 business days of close of auction, with the remainder paid in cash upon pick up. Because I am moving soon, I will need for the winning bidder to pick up this truck within 2 weeks of the end of auction. Thanks, and good luck bidding!
