Description:

1930 Chevrolet Other

1930 Chevrolet Universal 2 door Sedan. 54,xxx original miles two owner prior to me. Previous bought in 1960, have copy of title from '66.
Car runs and drives but needs total restoration. Car is very complete and original. The unit has in line 6 cylinder motor and 1930 is the First year for the AD series. This is very rare car in unmolested condition. It has not been driven daily since sometime prior 1960. I do have name of original buyer/owner from 1930.
Wood and metal all appear good. No rust problems that can be seen. All gauges and lights work. Also has rare heater option. Car was originally blue. Have a picture of the car in early 80s that shows the colors. All glass good. Tires fair from the 50s. The drivers door only opens from inside, one window crank is off maybe in car but windows do roll up and down. Horn button is not hooked up but horn does work. Brake lights also work. Clutch seems good and car shifts fine, engine runs well but needs carb linkage rebuilt as foot feed flops around when pressed. One wood peice in steering wheel needs glued. Brakes work but not great as they are cable brakes.
