You are bidding on a very rare, and exceptionallynice 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS Hardtop. This car is equipped with an absolutely INSANE list of options; 36 documented options to be exact!!! MostCamaro folks I have spoke to believe thatthis may be the highest optioned early Camaro on the planet!The car is fully documented with all original delivery documentation, including the Protectoplate, and two, yes TWO window stickers! The car was so heavily optioned that it needed a secondwindow stickerto fit all the options on the car! The option tally was so high that this car priced out at an astonishing $4533! Also included is the ownership history and many other pieces of documentation as well. The car was purportedly purchased by a GM dealer for his wife who drove it until the 1969 model came out, when he replaced this car with a '69. It has been in the same private collection in the south for many years.

This car has been through high quality restoration.The body has been nicely repainted, and itis a very nice refinish, which wascompleted a few years ago. I cannot find any evidence of panel replacement, or patches, etc. Greatpanel gap andfitment throughout as the pictures demonstrate! This car is trim tag correct Matador Red, with BlackCustom interior. The interior is in excellent condition and even features an original GM tissue dispenser on the RH kickpanel. The underhood is highly detailed, and includesquality detailslike a reproduction battery, correct finishes, hardware, etc. The original underhood trim tagand dash VIN tag are both in place. The trunk is nicely detailed with the correct mat, and speckled trunk finish.

The car retains it's ORIGINAL VIN numbered engine and transmission and I have pictures of both stampings on the engine and transmission I can email.
