So Happy to have another 50s era Chevy for sale ! This 1951 Styleline Series 1, nbsp;Two Door is not a recent restoration but it still is in great condition and runs like a top also. It's a solid virtually rust free driver that has an upgraded drive-train that is fun to cruise and gets a lot of attention as well. In the past two years it has been treated to a 235 cubic inch Six cylinder motor from a 1958 Apache truck. The block was cleaned and magnafluxed. Egge Pistons, econditioned rods, rank turned .30, A cam with new lifters, ew connecting rods and main bearings, ew oil pump and pick-up, ew timing gear, ew seats, ew seals, ew locks, ew rocker arms, uto tranny has new front seal, ew o-rings, ew ring gear. Offenhauser beehive filter, ffenhauser Intake manifold with two rebuilt Rochester carbs, ffenhauser side cover and Valve Cover. Mallory Dist. Fenton split manifold, ew 12 volt alternator, ew waterpump and pulley, ew wires, ew starter, nd dual exhaust. The wheels and tires are almost new also. The paint is older and has a few nicks and minor scratches here and there, ut no need to repaint in my opinion, nbsp;windshield has some scratches from the wipers, nd a crack in the back passenger windows.. but again, would not bother fixing.. it gives the car an authentic old skool feel. Nice visor, ender skirts, runk has a new jack and spare tire and lots of spare parts...hot rod blue dot taillights. all the hard work has been done, ll you have to do is drive it and enjoy it, r take the car to the next level if you have the time, oney and patience to do so !!! but I love the just as it is now and hope you do also.
