Offering a 1940 Cadillac seda, was indeed a previous restoration but unfortunately left outside. Needs a restoration but a very nice car. There are no cracks or broken glass. The car is mostly straigh, has a crease dent on passenger doo, drivers side lower door has a small rust spot. The rest in solid and very good restoration candidate. Not sure what model the car is. We have no titl, will be out of the DMV system. Bill of sale and statement of facts gets in registered in California. Each state has there own rules and regulations. Please check with your states rules or policies. Some customers in the past just started a new Dmv process in their own state rather than going through California. Option 1 with engine bid ending price, option 2 we remove engine and transmission you save $1,000 off price, up to you. If you want the car with no engine and transmission please allow 1 1/2 week time so that it can be removed. Have to check mileage as we don't know the real numbers.
Payment: PayPal deposit of $100 the remainder to be paid by us bank cashiers chec, Or cash in person. The check must clear before releasing the truck no exceptions.
