Description:

1990 Cadillac DeVille Limo

This car has sat for the past 2 years. Fuel stabilizer was put in it when parked. Started it up and drove it around TODAY (2/18/18) and it ran good, drove nice. The Tires are old (DOT 2007) and need to be replaced. Needs a battery, paint and roof repair. This car was lightly used in my small home based Limousine business from 2013 to 2016 as an airport car. I took it off the road to repair the vinyl roof, but found significant rust damage to the sheet metal roof underneath. That's where I left it. The Metal Roof has Rust all the way through in areas and will need attention.
The Car does run and drive. Last time it was used, the A/C (converted to R-134a) and heat both worked fine front and rear. Today the air blew cool but not cold. The compressor was cycling on and off, so it probably needs a recharge. The front windows don't work, but the rear do. The tranny does leak, not sure where just always kept it topped off and never had a problem. Probably leaks a quart a year. Car never overheats, even in the brutal AZ summers. I have personally driven this car to Vegas and back several times. Would make a nice family car since its not a really big limo. Might even fit in some garages as it is about the same length as my suburban. The interior is a plush velour and is in nice shape. The center seat can face forward, but is currently set up to face rearward. The middle doors do operate from the inside only as there are no exterior handles giving it a traditional stretch limo appearance. LED opera and halo lighting has been installed, but can easily be removed if so desired. This car was stretched by Superior Coachworks which primarily deals with funeral cars, so its safe to assume this car may have belonged to a funeral parlor at some point. The current 17" rims on it are from a 2004 DeVille. When fully loaded the rear tires rub the inner wheel wella little. Also while turning hard to either side, the front tires will rub a little. Included are the original 15" steel wheels with chrome hubcaps which do not have any rubbing issue at all. I have a roofless 1992 Sedan DeVille Parts car (Runs and Drives) that can be included if desired. Lots of spare parts. Parts can be stripped from the 92 as needed. Car is for sale Locally, and I encourage anyone to come check it out before hand. If you want better pictures or video, just ask and I will do my best.
PROS:-Runs & Drives well-Low Miles (69K)-Heat and A/C functional-All 6 doors open and close-Velour interior is in nice shape-Middle Seat Reversible-Smaller limo, perfect for family use
CONS:-Needs Tires-Needs Battery-Needs paint work-Needs Rust repair to roof-Possibly needs A/C Charged-Front windows don't work (but parts are included)
