Immaculate 1987 Buick Grand National
This beautiful Grand National is a factory sun roof car.
Only 55,800 actual miles and she has been meticulously maintained.
Included in the sale is the original window sticker.
This car looks almost new inside and out, and even the digital tachometer / boost gauge works as it should. This car is rust free.
The car was re-painted within the last 10 years and holds plenty of shine.
The two tone gray and black cloth interior shows almost no wear and the intercooler embroidered seats put off an extra bit of flair.
The Grand National package dates back to 1982 when it was introduced on the Regal.
Legend status did not start until the 1986 model year when the 3.8L Turbocharged V6 engine gained an intercooler and impressive power was displayed.
The 1987 Grand National was powered by a turbocharged 3.8 liter V6 engine rated at 245 horsepower and 355 pound feet of torque! That power propelled the GN to a 0-60 time of less than 6 seconds, the quarter mile in 13.8 seconds, and a top speed of around 122 miles per hour!
These cars had more power than Mustangs, Camaros, and even Corvettes of that year. It was the fastest American made car in 1987.
Grand Nationals have been featured in many movies and TV shows as well including: The Fast and the Furious, Miami Vice, and many others.
This car is loaded with options including sun roof, A/C, power steering, power brakes, tilt, AM/FM cassette radio, cloth interior, power driver's seat, power windows, power locks, radial tires, aluminum alloy/rally wheels, rear defroster, seat belts, and the numbers matching engine and transmission. Everything works great on this car!
This car runs and drives excellent. She runs very strong.
The tires are almost new and only have about 1,000 miles on them.
The A/C has been converted from R12 to R134a.
This car is completely stock except for the 3" mass air flow pipe with the K&N air filter.
These are becoming highly collectible and are going up in value.
You will be hard pressed to find another one of these in this condition with this low mileage!
