Description:

1960 Buick LeSabre Custom

Was built to be a parade car back in the 80's. I got the car put a battery in it changed the fuel lines and added new tires hub caps. I took it to the stray kat 500 in Dewey. The car was very well received.”

Great car for cruise nights and summer evening drives. The body floor pans and trunk all appear to be rust free Look at the pictures. The top was cut off in the 80's then the car was repainted and seats redone in white originally purposed for parades. Though there is no top for the car I thought well even if you have a nice 2dr 55 Chevy you don't cruise on rainy nights either . A canvas toneau cover has been made for the hull of the car that covers the interior much like a boat it has some wear but could easily be duplicated. The tires don't have 20 miles on them and are new from Pep Boys the hubcaps are aftermarket too but I have 3 of the 4 originals.

The car drives really well. The nailhead sounds good. The main thing the car needs is a turn signal switch and a few headlights. The nailhead is smooth and the car starts great. It has all the original Buick finned aluminum drums up front too. The car drives really straight and doesn't pull or pull when brakes are applied. Its surprisingly tight old car. I got this car in March but I have other projects and wiring my shop so Ican't keep this one.
