One owner, 78K miles, well maintained

1980 BMW 6-Series 633csi

This vehicle was sold new January 31, 1980 at Heishman BMW in Arlington Virginia for $32,849. I purchased from the original owner 10 years ago. I have never registered the vehicle, but it has been driven regularly and serviced. It is equipped with thedealer installedBlaupunkt AM-Fm cassette with equalizer (working perfect but missing one knob), automatic, Air (Ice cold), Power windows (all working smoothly), Sunroof (working). Currently everything functions perfectly lights, clock, signals, seats, Engine runs smoothly and runs cool all day, transmission shifts as it should. The car starts everytime even after winter storage.There are no mechanical or electrical issues to mention at all. The interior was extremely well taken care of, the leather is perfect, soft, no cracks or creases.The dash has no cracks there was at one time a CB radio mounted below the steering wheel you can see where it was mounted. The carpet is original and in very good condition, it is grey. The carpet on the back window shelf as well as the transmission tunnel is slightly discolored from sun, but is not a distraction. Thepaint is very nice with high gloss,I believe the car was repainted,there are a few light scratches on close inspection and one minor dimple where someone slammed the hood. The car has a red and grey painted pinstripe with one small section where the grey was buffed through(picture)The tires are good with 50%+ tread. The engine compartment is well detailed and the truck has the original carpet in nice condition. The car comes with a car cover. I have tried to describe the car throughly with the flaws that I know. There may be other minor imperfections but given the car is36 years old, I would say its overall care and maintaince was excellent. this car has always been inside and hasNO rust.I would have no hesitation driving this car anywhere. I have original sales receipt, service receipts,books and manuals.
