I got this car from my friends dad so I know the history it was a government mule. My friends dad worked for theFAA[which at the time was called the CAA], he car was in Kentucky & he brought it to Ft. Lauderdale.

In 1977, e blew the clutchon the boat ramp in Wilton Manors, l. Back then it was hard to find the 'cork' clutch[from what I'm told]. The car went in and out of the garage and whenever the city gave them ticket for having no registration, hey would push it into the garage. The last time it went into the garage was 1989, amp; I got it out of the garage in 2013. It has been under cover in my shop since.

I call it a time capsule because I have not washed, acuumed or done anything to car. It comes with a lot of spare parts in the trunk, here is also a door panel that went to their station wagon. Their dad was an AMC man he had several of them, he car was running when the clutch blew so I assume it can be started fairly easy. It will need tune-up &brakes etc. The only piece of trim missing is the odometer reads 55 000 or so.
